what about non healing? sent?
as a rabbi i know some do circumcision for religion on healthy infant without medical need. i say we must distinguish the good traditions from harmful like cutting a baby without medical need.
will human rights PROTECT baby like me or grant parent right beyond healing but lie it is health care?
