Pharmacognosy is the study of medicinal plants. Pamela Seefeld is all about replacing drugs with natural remedies. In her presentation, she delves into scientific facts about the effects certain medication can have on the body.

Our Guest Speaker:
Pamela Seefeld, Registered Pharmacist, has been a practicing pharmacist and pharmacognosy consultant for 25 years. Pamela is a 1990 University of Florida graduate of the College of Pharmacy. She took a particular interest in pharmacognosy, the study of medicinal plants. She has been involved in metabolic support, vitamin therapeutics and medicinal natural products for a number of years. She insists on thorough and complete references in her work, and lectures on pharmacognosy.
