So what, you ask, is pharmacognosy? It’s the study of medicinal plants. Pamela Seefeld is all about replacing drugs with natural remedies and it’s not just her opinion. It’s about science and she knows the science. If you, or someone you know, has been prescribed any sort of psychotropic medication, you need to listen to this episode and talk to Pamela BEFORE you continue. There may be alternatives.

Our Guest Speaker:

Pamela Seefeld, R.Ph. has been a practicing pharmacist and pharmacognosy consultant for 25 years. Pamela is a 1990 University of Florida graduate of the College of Pharmacy. She took a particular interest in pharmacognosy, which is the study of medicinal plants. She has been involved in metabolic support, vitamin therapeutics and medicinal natural products for number of years. She insists on thorough and complete references in her work, and lectures on pharmacognosy.
