Ritalin Side Effects and the Placebo Effect

by | Mar 13, 2012

According to a recent article, the placebo effect is being used as an experimental tool on unwitting school children.
At least the placebo effect from a power bar with the dubious pronouncement “improves writing power” will not cause permanent mental disability.  (Yes, this is an actual example, tried by one school in the USA) Ritalin and similar psychiatric drugs are being used under the false pretenses of trying to help children do better in school and the FDA listed side effects are not only real, but also tragic.  How many
children who are experiencing dangerous Ritalin side effects are the victims of
an educational system gone wrong?
More boys than girls are prescribed Ritalin. Psychologists attempt to explain this disparity as being the “natural” and unscientific difference between the male and female brain. Apparently this difference makes boys more susceptible to the questionable twin diseases of ADHD and ADD. Young men are definitely most at risk for this diagnosis.
At one school in Milwaukee, 76% of National Honor Society members were girls and 85% of the 4.0 honor roll was also female.
Some studies show that girls having difficulty in school are more likely to receive academic help while boys are more likely to be prescribed Ritalin. Psychologists and psychiatrists may be injuring and disabling entire generations of young men with their
prescriptions.
It has been said that if parents attempted to alter their son’s behavior with alcohol or cocaine, they would be charged with child abuse. But parents are coerced regularly into dosing their boys with psychotropic drugs and instructed to ignore or devalue the Ritalin
side effects.
Ritalin is described as a central nervous system stimulant. It has many of the same effects of amphetamine, cocaine and methamphetamine. Ignoring the pretend science that created this shameful situation is no longer an option. One can find statistics that
indicate Ritalin use is up to 20% in some communities. It changes hands in the
playground for money, earning it the title “kiddie cocaine.”
Psychologists and psychiatrists suggest that Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn would have been candidates for Ritalin; this is typical of a psychiatric thought process that boys should be motionless and quiet.
Ritalin side effects are serious.
Parents do have rights, and so do children. There is a lot of research on this topic to help you protect your children.

Are you by any chance also under the notion that vaccines cause autism?
