Aren’t Drug Companies to Blame?
Psychiatry's ability to convince drug companies and governments to pour billions of dollars into its practices is based upon fraudulent "diagnostic" criteria. It has been reported that psychiatry has been reduced to merely a prescription factory. Patients report that they see a psychiatrist for 10 minutes and are given a prescription for their disorder. No physical exam is done. There are no lab tests done or radiological studies to confirm a diagnosis of mental illness. It simply is somebody’s opinion about your behavior or emotional state that prompts a prescription.
