This is the information that psychiatrists and other mental health professionals should be providing to individuals, but do not. It provides valuable resources on how to address mental distress without resorting to the lie that one has a damaged brain and must be a lifelong consumer of toxic drugs. I commend CCHR for putting forward such an important piece of literature focused on informed consent and returning compassion and dignity to the mental health system.”
